EDITH OF LORN

Edith is the eldest daughter of Alwin and his heir. She is a beloved figure in Lorn and considered the most beautiful woman in all the land, possessing what many consider the highest qualities, physically and morally, that the Lorn hold dear. She is as much loved by her people as her sisters are held in suspicion and while her sisters were married off to the rulers of desolate, distant lands, Lord Alwin has kept Edith close and she is betrothed to Horace, a preeminent Lord of the nearby and powerful Diamond Isle whose ancestry can be traced back to Lorn.
