THE DILEK

The humanoid frog men found inhabiting The Dagth Swamp area call themselves The Dilek. Though bipedal, they primarily squat in a three-point-stance when resting and are capable of hopping great lengths. Much of their combat strategy involves attacking in waves with one group hopping over another onto their enemies, spears first. They live in tribes and often find themselves in conflict with the Swampmen over territory and resources. Otherwise, they are a mostly peaceful, though not particularly friendly, people. At times they have allied themselves with The Swampmen to combat their common enemy to the west, The Pack.

They are not related to The Lizard Men of The Bar Desert, nor the toad-like, alien Gatru. Though they are cousins of the Lizard Men found in Dagth.
